Premium Vermiculite
This length, produced only by our company in our country, is produced by expanding, sieving and packaging of raw vermiculite above +11 mm. Premium size is used to protect the electrical component especially in electric motors and to protect the engine itself, the vehicle and the person due to the fires that may arise due to possible failures in the electrical component. It is also used in the packaging of special lenses, in the packaging industry, in the roof insulation of the houses, making use of the fireproof and insulating properties of the Premium sized vermiculite mine.

This length, produced only by our company in our country, is produced by expanding, sieving and packing the raw vermiculite above +5 mm. Coarse size is used especially in roof insulation, construction as insulation and insulation material, in the production of fill-type fire panels. This size, consisting of grains larger than 5 mm, is used in the agricultural sector in open gardens and fields to air the soil, feed the plant, and ensure the rooting of the plant. Currently, it is exported to England especially, and this product, which is not yet known in our country, provides serious benefits to its users in the isolation and agriculture sector.

Medium Vermiculite
This size is produced by expanding, sieving and packing the raw vermiculite smaller than 5 mm and larger than 2 mm. Medium size is used especially in the agricultural sector, in the production of seedlings. It is used for airing the soil, feeding the plant and providing rooting of the plant in greenhouses and fields. Medium Vermiculite, which is currently the most used size in our country, is preferred by seedling growers especially in Antalya – Mersin – Adana region. This product is used in our country in order to get the maximum yield from the seed by covering the root of the seedling and the top of the seedling after planting, which is called the cover.

This size is produced by expanding, sieving and packing the raw vermiculite smaller than 2 mm and larger than 1 mm. Fine boy is used in agriculture sector, seedling growing. Superfine Vermiculite
This size is produced by expanding, sieving and packing the raw vermiculite smaller than 1 mm and larger than 0.5 mm. Superfine boy is especially used in the construction and paint industry for the insulation material and fireproof panels. Fireproof paint, fireproof screed, fireproof chemical, superfine product used in the production of fireproof panels are produced only from the superfine raw material in our country by our company. It should be noted here that when different sizes are sieved, the material under the sieve is the same size as the superfine. However, due to the properties of vermiculite mineral, each grain must be expanded directly from the raw material. Otherwise, the desired yield is not obtained by shredding or expanding the size after the grains expand.
